It's a Collar and a Leather Strap for only $19.95
This is an oversized quality leather Collar that is 1 1/4" wide and almost 20" long. This is a heavy piece and the Collar adjusts to fit necks from 15" to 19".
But the nice thing about this Collar is it doubles as a leather strap. We have doubled the leather at the buckle end to give you a firm place to grip it and at 20" it is a great strap length so, just have them bend over and you're already to go.
It also has a nice heavy "D" ring so if you are inclined hook your leash to it and lead them around.
This Collar / Strap will get softer and softer with age and use.
