WHAMM is a really nice leather spanker. The key to this "tool" is its incredible whipping action. Two round 4" leather disks are secured to a 1 1/4" wide 16" long piece of Latigo leather. This creates a nice weight on the end of the strap that increases the whipping action and speed of the strap when it strikes.
We have found when used firmly you can create very nice round circles, Just what everyone wants, right?
