Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our toys, we are not able to accept returns that have been in any way used. Regarding rattan canes that break, please remember that rattan is a natural reed and no two are the same. They all are different and some blemishes or hidden weaknesses are normal. Our conditioning and curing process takes a 4 weeks and due to this, we know they are much stronger than most canes on the market. That said, we know the joys of using natural rattan when we play, as we've had some break on our own butts when we play hard.

With that we want you to be satisfied and all of the Caneiac's work hard to exceed your expectations.

If under normal use something breaks, we are happy to see if we can help replace it at a discount or no cost (depending on break).

So, what’s normal use? We will let you be the judge of that. Give it proper care, use it appropriately and if it breaks, email us. We want to be your cane company of choice, always.
