Shipping & Handling
Domestic US Orders: Orders ship in 1-3 business days from the date of order. We offer flat-rate shipping options for domestic orders, with free Economy shipping available on qualifying orders of $99.00 within the Continental U.S.
For orders under $99, our domestic shipping options are:
Economy Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00 Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days Best for non-urgent orders. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and tracking updates may vary while the package is in transit.
UPS Preferred Shipping: $18.00 Estimated delivery: varies by destination Recommended for gifts, custom items, event needs, and customers who prefer more consistent tracking.
Expedited Shipping: $24.00 Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days Best for time-sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is based on business days, Monday through Friday, and does not include weekends or holidays.
For domestic orders over $99 within the Continental U.S., our shipping options are:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is quoted and purchased separately.
PO Boxes: Due to the excessive fees USPS charges for longer packages, we can no longer ship standard orders to PO Boxes unless the customer agrees to pay the additional $18.00 surcharge. If you need an order shipped to a PO Box, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether shipping is available for your items.
Next Day or Two Day Delivery: If available to your zip code, we may be able to offer Next Day or Two Day Express Delivery to U.S. addresses. If you would like a quote for Next Day or Two Day shipping, please email us at [email protected] for a quote.
International Orders: We use a custom international shipping process to better serve our customers worldwide. International customers may place their order and pay for their selected items at checkout. Within 2 business days, we will provide a custom shipping quote based on the items ordered and the destination.
If the shipping quote is acceptable, the customer can complete payment for shipping and we will promptly ship the order. If the quote is not acceptable, the original order will be fully refunded with no obligation.
PLEASE NOTE FOR INTL ITEM QUANTITIES: International shipping costs are higher due to the length of many of our products, as longer packages can incur significant carrier surcharges. The upside is that we can usually ship 4–5 items for nearly the same shipping cost as a single item, since the package length often remains the same. For this reason, international shipping is generally most cost-effective when ordering three or more items. International Duties and Taxes: VAT is not added to the base price of our items. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier before or at the time of delivery. These fees are not paid to Cane-iac and do not come back to us.
Failure to pay required import fees may result in your package being held or returned by the carrier. Packages returned for unpaid duties, taxes, or fees may incur a secondary shipping fee if reshipped. Although rare, if customs officials seize an item, Cane-iac cannot be held responsible.
While we maintain a high level of discretion for all orders, international postal shipments may require itemized customs documentation on the exterior of the package. UPS International shipments generally use digital customs documentation that is not readable without a computer scanner.
Discreet Packaging: Your order will be shipped discreetly. Depending on the items ordered, packaging may include a plain mailing tube, cardboard box, or carrier-provided box. The return address will show our shipping address and "Shipping Manager" rather than explicit product details. We value and respect your privacy as much as we do our own. 
We take pride in offering fast, discreet, and reasonably priced shipping. Most products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. We currently ship domestic orders using USPS, UPS, or the best available carrier option based on the shipping method selected, package size, destination, and delivery needs. We do everything we can to keep our shipping costs at a minimum.
