Shipping & Handling
Domestic US Orders: Orders ship in 1-2 business days from the date of order. As of November 2025, we implemented flat rate standard and expedited shipping on all orders up to $99.00. All orders that ship within the Continental US over $99.00 are eligible for free standard shipping and discounted expedited shipping.
We can no longer ship to PO Boxes due to the excessive fees that the USPS is charging for longer packages unless you would like to pay the $18.00 surcharge.

International Orders: We are introducing a new international shipping process to better serve our customers worldwide. International customers may place their order and pay for their selected items at checkout. Within 2 business days, we will provide a custom shipping quote based on the items ordered and the destination.
If the shipping quote is acceptable, the customer can complete payment for shipping and we will promptly ship the order. If the quote is not acceptable, the original order will be fully refunded—no obligation.
PLEASE NOTE FOR INTL ITEM QUANTITIES: International shipping costs are higher due to the length of our products, as longer packages incur significant carrier surcharges. The upside is that we can usually ship 4–5 items for nearly the same shipping cost as a single item, since the package length remains the same. For this reason, international shipping is generally most cost-effective when ordering three or more items. International Duties and Taxes: VAT is not added to the base price of our items. International orders will incur import duties and/or taxes (VAT) for countries that require them. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver and will be collected at the time of delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held by the carrier. Packages returned for such reasons will incur a secondary shipping fee if reshipped. Although it is rare, should customs officials seize an item, Cane-iac cannot be held responsible.
While we maintain a high level of discretion for all of our orders, International Post packages require itemized documentation on the exterior of the package. UPS International orders have digital customs documentation that cannot be read without a computer scanner. 
We take pride in offering you speedy and discreet shipping. All of the products offered are in stock and ready to be shipped. We ship most orders to the within the United States via UPS and USPS, and delivery in the United States is usually within 2-6 business days. We do everything we can to keep our shipping costs reasonable and at a minimum.
Discreet Packaging: Your order will be shipped totally discreet. The packaging, depending on the items, will either be a simple tube, cardboard box or US priority mail box. The return address for all package is our shipping address and our parent company name. We value and respect your privacy as much as we do ours.
